Francisca is a tenacious leader, who comes from a well-rounded and diverse background, which gives her a unique perspective and the insight needed to properly serve our clients.  Her professional experience ranges from the food and beverage industry, to medical group practice management, to healthcare information systems and real estate.

She is an experienced health care administration and management professional, equipped with a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and a minor in Human Resource Management. She is knowledgeable about health insurance products, ambulatory EMR systems (Epic)- EpicCare, Prelude, Cadence, and slight familiarity with Resolute, the front end of revenue cycle management, multi specialty and multi facility medial group management. In addition, Francisca has over 20 years of general operations and management experience, and more than 24 years of customer service experience.

Her professional and personal encounters while interfacing with the healthcare industry, equip her to provide superior personal and business consulting services at Mawushi Medical. As a multicultural and multilingual individual, Francisca's goal is to help healthcare organizations adapt successful and sustainable strategies, as well as help individuals and their families navigate various systems. She aims to provide them with the tools needed to ensure they receive safe, timely, adequate, effective, respectful and culturally appropriate care.

Francisca was born in Ghana, West Africa. Her family is Ewe and the word Mawushi means “in God’s hands”. It is her family name and could not be more suitable for the organization.
